Welcome to MemoryPoints from MemoryC

MemoryPoints is the loyalty reward scheme from MemoryC. It is our way to give something back to our loyal customers and to say thank you for supporting us. MemoryPoints can be earned on online orders and redeemed against a wide range of free gifts and prizes.

How it works

MemoryPoints can be earned on almost all products purchased from our website. Each product carries a certain number of points, which is clearly advertised on the product page. When you purchase any item from our website you will see the total number of points you can earn on that purchase before finalising your order.

We also run regular promotions that allow you to earn double point or more. These promotions include referring friends to our site, making payment by a certain payment method, reviewing products and much more. Stay tuned to our website to see current promotions.

MemoryPoints can be redeemed against a range of free gifts and prizes. The more MemoryPoints you collect, the larger prizes will be available for you to choose from. The prizes include hand-picked products from our product catalogue and also especially selected prizes like vouchers, gadgets and much more.

How to join

If you have made a purchase from MemoryC in the past then you are automatically a member of MemoryPoints. Simply sign in to our website using your email address and password and your "Account Info" page will contain full details of your points and available prizes.

If you are not already a member of MemoryPoints then all you have to do is register on our site, and you will automatically become a member of MemoryPoints and you will start earning points on your very first purchase.

Redeeming prizes

Once you have signed in to our website your "Account Info" page will show your current MemoryPoints balance and from this page you will be able to fully manage your MemoryPoints, including:

- View a full statement of your MemoryPoints, with dates, order numbers and more
- View a list of all available prizes (you can also view these here)
- Order your MemoryPoints reward prizes

Please note the following terms and conditions for the MemoryPoints rewards scheme:

1. MemoryPoints can be earned on web orders only. No MemoryPoints will be awarded for orders placed via phone
2. MemoryPoints can only be redeemed online
3. MemoryPoints only become active once an order has shipped. This means points earned today can only be redeemed the following working day
4. Prizes claimed using MemoryPoints will be shipped free of charge if placed together with a web order
5. If you do not wish to place an order when claiming your prize, the shipping charge will be payable by you.
