Important notice to users of the Mac Safari and Google Chrome Web Browsers
Unfortunately some customers using the Safari or Google Chrome browsers may experience problems processing payments via our payment gateway. This problem arises for customers using the default security setting in Safari/Chrome, which does not allow our payment processor to set a cookie on the customer's PC.
Changing the security settings in Safari/Chrome will solve this issue for most customers. The settings should be set to "accept all cookies".
If above does not work we recommend that customers either complete their purchase via a different PC, or alternatively download a compatible browser, such as Firefox for Mac (free download here) or Firefox for PC (free download here).
