Thermal paste, also referred to as thermal compound, is designed to help transfer heat away from a heat source - such as a CPU or graphics card processor, to a heatsink and ultimately away from any heat sensitive component in a computer system. The PC thermal compound pastes we carry in stock are all manufactured using top quality ingredients, known to conduct heat very effectively. Some heat transfer pastes include silver, some include aluminum or other metal particles, to effectively conduct the heat.
