The Prolimatech PK-3 Nano Aluminum Thermal Compound is known to offer the best possible thermal conductivity from CPU to heatsink. This PK-3 thermal paste contains 1.5 grams in an easy-to-apply syringe, and with no burn-in time required.

This is my go-to thermal compound. It is VERY cost effective with the 30-gram tube, very high performance, easy to work with (no spreading needed, no cure time). My only complaint is availability; the 30-gram tube is often out of stock everywhere and have to get notifications when in stock.

I changed paste on two laptops (CPUs and GPUs) and one PS4 with about half a syringe (1.5g).
Better results than AS5, at least 3°C better idle and burn. Fans run quieter. Very happy with it.
