Not bad, needs to be formatted though.

Initially, the speeds were really slow. But it's default to FAT32. Writing to it was only 12MB/sec, very slow.
Once formatted to NTFS, speeds increased to writing to speeds starting off at 100MB/sec, but then decreases down to 30MB/s as it transfered (on a 4G file)
Transfering from USB to PC is faster, starts off at 300MB/s and drops down to about under 100MB/sec.

Not a bad USB flash drive. Fast enough compared to USB2.0 anyway. Could be shorter though. And the cap could be tighter.
