Got this pack a month ago, in the beginning, it could not pass the stress test (Prime95 large FFT), but I suspect that was the IMC (12700KF) issue since the airflow in my old case is not so good and the thermal paste might be already dried after years of use, so I decided to give it another try before giving review here. After a month finally had time to install the old platform into a new case (O11D Evo XL), apply new thermal paste, use water cooling for the GPU (6900XT), and give this RAM two small fans, it can pass the P95 test now.
